Rules & Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older to participate.
- Need not be present to win. All prizes must be claimed by June 1, 2021.
- All proceeds support Holy Family Catholic School’s mission to promote excellence in education. However, ticket purchases are not tax deductible contributions under current IRS regulations.
- Prizes will not be awarded as cash.
- Prizes come “as is.” Delivery is not included.
- All tax withholdings are the sole responsibility of the prize winners and are due prior to the prizes being transferred. Winners are also responsible for all applicable taxes, license, registration, insurance, and fees associated with prizes won.
- Due to federal and state regulations, all raffle ticket purchases must take place in the state of Idaho.
- Tickets can be purchased in person at Holy Family Catholic School, Group Wholesale, St. George's Parish office, Pope St. Piux X Parish office, and Physio One/Coeur Massage.
- Tickets can be purchased over the phone by Idaho residents only by calling (208)765-4327.
- Tickets can be reserved online by Idaho residents only by visiting www.hfcs-cda.org/raffle. Online reservations require an Idaho mailing/billing address. Online ticket reservations do not constitute the sale of a ticket until verified and processed by HFCS representatives.
- HFCS cannot mail tickets outside of the state of Idaho.
- A ticket purchased by an ineligible individual is void.
- By requesting a ticket, the purchaser affirms that his/her purchase is being conducted in the state of Idaho and meets all eligibility requirements. If purchaser violates such representation and warranty, he/she indemnifies HFCS.
